We accept all North American Licenses.
Drivers having licenses with restrictions must check with their local province laws. Any discrepancies may result in declining to rent the vehicle. Any driver license outside North America must be in English and be accompanied by a passport.
International Licenses must also be accompanied with passports. Please note that for security reasons, we may request up to 3 IDs

Return vehicle with same fuel level as was rented to avoid refueling charges. A $25.00 charge will apply, plus the cost of fuel will be applied if fuel is not returned at same level.

The airport & Hotel Pick up & Drop off services are provided to and from the airport or hotel during normal business hours, and are free. Please contact the office with arrival arrangements and fee may apply.

Minimum Age for Additional Driver: 23

All additional drivers must have valid Ontario class "G" driver licenses and International licenses are accepted. We also accept another province/state license

Unlimited mileages are applied within GTA only, and only on specified contracts. Unlimited mileage only applies to vehicles in GTA. If traveling outside of Ontario, rental only allowed 200km daily. $0.18 per kilometer if over. Travel to the United States not permitted unless authorized by the agency.

You are responsible for any traffic violations incurred due to your use of Affordable Car & Truck Rental vehicle. This includes, but is not limited to parking, speeding, red light, photo enforcement, and tolling violations. You are liable for all costs from any such violation, including fines for late payment and any processing fees added by the issuing municipality. You are liable for the payment of all tolls and any fines for toll evasion. You must report such violations to an Affordable Car & Truck Rental Representative as soon as possible within the prescribed deadline (for example, if the case is being taken to court).
At any time during the rental period, if you are traveling on any of electronic toll road, 407 ETR or if you are being involved in infracting any traffic law or rule, and we receive any 407 ETR bill or any notice of impending conviction of the infraction for the vehicle you rented, your credit card will be charged by Affordable Car & Truck Rental after the rental period. If we receive any such charges, then you will be informed accordingly in due course of time. A minimum of $25.00 will apply as an administration fee, in addition to the accumulated cost of applicable toll charges and/or the set fine amount of the ticket.

Cash deposits are not accepted.

Personal vehicle Insurance may have transferable coverage to a rental vehicle or check your credit card for coverage. Proof of personal coverage is required if declining our LDW. If renter is unable to provide such proof, the purchase of one of our Loss damage packages would be required. If LDW is declined, you personally assume full responsibility for the total cash value of the vehicle or any damages incurred while rented to you.

This coverage enables renters have thier liability reduced from third party liability related incidents. Some credit card providers allow you to rent vehicles and will cover damages to the rental vehicle. However, they do not cover liability to the rental vehicle, or other parties. This coverage reduces your liability to third party related incidents not covered by your credit card providers.
